Simple Recipe To Make Homemade Nutella

Well, this dessert recipe is just for you. You can use this homemade Nutella as you would  do with the original Nutella  product.

Ingredients

150g hazelnuts
150g cooked chickpeas
⅓ cup coconut sugar
1-2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut flour
½ cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Add raw or roasted hazelnuts into your Ninja blender and mix it until you get hazelnut meal. Add remaining ingredients and blend it until mixture is of desired consistency – as smooth or chunky as you want.

2. Spoon into sterilised jars and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Easy Way To Make Spicy Tomato Cold Soup



Ever wondered how to make tomato soups!
This unbelievable mix of vegetables could easily be served as a cold soup. With so many healthy ingredients this recipe includes, the flavors will explode up in your mouth.  It is healthy and will boost your energy.

Ingredient: 
 4tomatoes, quartered
 ½ red bell pepper, quartered and seeded
 ½ cucumber, peeled and roughly chopped
 ½ avocado, pitted and peeled
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion, plus more to taste 
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro 
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice, plus more to taste
  ½ tablespoons  natural salt, plus more to taste
⅛    tablespoons  freshly ground black pepper Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, but really good)
1 cup (125g) ice cubes

Directions:

Throw the tomatoes into your blender, then pile on the rest of the ingredients. Blast on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Tweak flavors to taste (you may want more onion, lime juice, or salt).

Zucchini Soup Recipe That will Make You Want To Stay In And Cook



Looking for energy and vitamins, this fine creamy soup with zucchini will give just that!

Ingredients:

2  tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
1  medium yellow onion, diced
4  stalks celery, diced
4  medium zucchini, diced
1/4  cup almond butter
4  cups (I quart) reduced sodium vegetable broth
2  cups watercress, stems removed and chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In soup pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook for 6 minutes, until translucent. Add the zucchini and saute another 3 minutes.
  2. Add the almond butter and vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low  simmer for 5 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
  3. Add the watercress and cook for 3 more minutes, then turn off the heat. Allow the cool slightly and transfer the mixture to your Ninja blender and add about 1 cup of vegetable broth.
  4. Puree on high for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Total time:  25 min
Servings:  4
